CRT034 Full set ZQYM CR Diesel Injector Valve Test Tool kit for common rail Bosch injector

Bosch injector third step measurement tools Use Manual



1.  This set of tools with novel design, completely obsolete the needle adapter measurement. Actual tests show that prolonged use.

2.  No wear, test data with good consistency and repeatability, to ensure that the Bosch common rail injector data authenticity while repairing.





 

Injector needle displacement 80303-04 (suit for CRIN1, CRIN2, CRI)

1. Fixed the injector to the bench vice.
2. Remove the filler cap tight
3. Remove the nozzle (only glib, other parts such as positioning pins, etc. remain on the injector)
As shown below:
4. The digital dial gauge mounted on the needle lift gage (gage insert the table in the end, tighten the fixing screws)
5. 00 master gauge set to zero.
6. Measuring the pin hole is aligned with the positioning pin on the injector, the gagging end of the plane and the end face of the injector body completely fit (this process must be avoided gagging end to end surface edge bump injector face, or easily lead to the sealing surface damage and oil spills), is measured vertically needle lift.

CRIN2 Armature lift 80303-01

1. Fixed the injector to the bench vice.
2. Remove the solenoid valve tight cap
3. Remove the solenoid valve and remove the plug end of the screw, the ball, the solenoid valve springs and gaskets
4. Replace the solenoid valve injectors
As shown below:
5. The digital dial gauge mounted on the armature lift CRIN2 measuring (measuring table insert in the end, tighten the fixing screws)
6. Measuring screwed into the injector (tightening torque: 32Nm).
7. The digital indicator reading is set to zero.
8. Press the table axis, the measured vertical lift armature is CRIN2

CRIN2 Over lift 80303-08

1. Fixed the injector to the bench vice.
2. Remove the solenoid valve tight cap
3. Remove the solenoid valve, the armature, remove the armature and valve seat cushion spring
4. Place the gasket over the lift and into the injector armature
As shown below:
5. The digital dial gauge mounted to the process CRIN2 overheat gage (gage insert a table in the end, tighten the fixing screws)
6. Measuring and pressed into the injector (in this case part of the armature shaft measuring bore). The digital indicator reading is set to zero.
7. over the armature and valve seat cushion spring loaded injector
8. Measuring loaded injector and then pressing (in this case part of the armature shaft measuring bore), measured over a vertical lift is CRIN2

CRIN2  air clearance 80303-02

1. Fixed the injector to the bench vice.
2. Remove the solenoid valve tight cap
3. Remove the solenoid valve, the armature, remove the valve springs and gaskets
4.The solenoid valve is fixed to the bench vice.
As shown below:
5. The digital dial gauge mounted on the CRIN2 air clearance gage (gage insert a table in the end, tighten the fixing screws)
6. 00 master gauge set to zero.
7. gagging end flat end face of the solenoid valve is fully fit  (this process must be avoided gaging end to end surface edge bump injector face, or easily lead to the sealing surface damage and oil spills), the measured value is the CRIN2 air clearance

CRIN1 Armature lift 80303-05 / - 09

1. Fixed the injector to the bench vice.
2. Remove the solenoid valve tight cap
3. Remove the solenoid valve, solenoid valve springs and gaskets
As shown below:
4. CRI / CRIN1 armature lift into the injector liner
5. The digital dial gauge mounted to the CRI / CRIN1 measuring armature lift on (insert measuring table in the end, tighten the fixing screws)
6. Measuring screwed into the injector (tightening torque: 32Nm).
7. The digital indicator reading is set to zero.
8. Press the table axis, the measured value is the CRIN1 armature lift

CRIN1 Over lift 80303-05 / - 09

1. Fixed the injector to the bench vice.
2. Remove the solenoid valve tight cap
3. Remove the solenoid valve, remove the valve springs and gaskets
4. After the ball valve is removed from the injector, and reassembled
As shown below:
5. 1 CRI / CRIN1 armature lift into the injector liner
6. The digital dial gauge mounted to the CRI / CRIN1 measuring armature lift on (insert measuring table in the end, tighten the fixing screws)
7. Measuring screwed into the injector (tightening torque: 32Nm).
8. The digital indicator reading is set to zero.
9. Press the table axis, the measured value is too CRIN1 lift

CRIN1  air clearance 80303-10

1. Fixed the injector to the bench vice.
2. Remove the solenoid valve tight cap
3. Remove the solenoid valve, remove the valve springs and gaskets
4. The solenoid valve fixed in a vise
5. The armature formed into a solenoid valve
As shown below:
6. The digital dial gauge mounted on the CRIN1 air clearance gage (gage insert a table in the end, tighten the fixing screws)
7. Measuring set into the solenoid valve cap tightly and pressed, then the digital indicator reading is set to zero.
8. Remove the air clearance hex washer
9. Turn the measuring tool set into the valve cap and pressed tight, the measured value at this time is CRIN1 air clearance

CRI Armature lift 80303-05 / - 09

1. Fixed the injector to the bench vice.
2. Remove the solenoid valve tight cap
3. Remove the solenoid valve, remove the valve springs and gaskets
As shown below:
4. 1 CRI / CRIN1 armature lift into the injector liner
5. The digital dial gauge mounted to the CRI / CRIN1 measuring armature lift on (insert measuring table in the end, tighten the fixing screws)
6. Measuring screwed into the injector (tightening torque: 32Nm)
7. The digital indicator reading is set to zero.
8. Press the table axis, the measured value is the CRI armature lift

CRI Over lift 80303-05 / - 09

1. Fixed the injector to the bench vice.
2. Remove the solenoid valve tight cap
3. Remove the solenoid valve, remove the valve springs and gaskets
The ball valve removed from the injector, reassembled
5. CRI / N1 armature lift into the injector liner
6. The digital dial gauge mounted to the CRI / CRIN1 measuring armature lift on (insert measuring table in the end, tighten the fixing screws)
7. Measuring screwed into the injector (tightening torque: 32Nm)
8. The digital indicator reading is set to zero.
9. Press the table axis, the measured value is the CRI over lift

CRI  air clearance 80303-03 / - 06

1. Fixed the injector to the bench vice.
2. Remove the solenoid valve tight cap
3. Remove the solenoid valve, remove the valve springs and gaskets
As shown below:
4. The digital dial gauge mounted on the CRI air clearance AA Gage (Gage in the end the table insert and tighten the screws)
5. 00 master gauge is set to 0
6. Measuring loaded injector, the measured values recorded as V1
7. The solenoid valve fixed to the bench vise
8. The digital dial gauge mounted on the CRI air clearance BB measuring (measuring table insert in the end, tighten the fixing screws)
9. Use the 00 master gauge is set to 0
10. The measuring set into the solenoid valve section, the measured values recorded as V2
11. CRI air clearance = V2-V1

CRIN1

Armature lift: 45-65 micron
air clearance: 45-55 micron
Buffer lift: 30-50 micron
needle displacement: Normally 200-350 , different model with different data

CRIN2

Armature lift: 43-62 micron
air clearance: 45-55 micron
Buffer lift: 30-50 micron
needle displacement: Normally 200-350 , different model with different data

CRI

Armature lift: 45-65 micron
air clearance: 45-55 micron
Buffer lift: 30-50 micron
